The process embeds photographic quality artwork into the wall of the tube, with total surface decorat manual trash compactor ion even into the crimp area, for true-to-life, eye-catching graphics. U rc helicopter market place nlike traditional tube decoration methods which are surface treatments, embedding the artwork produces tubes that are extremely durable and resistant to fading or scuffing. The in-mold-label becomes part of the wall of the tube, providing structural integrity.

"We have invested heavily in the development of automation of this IML system and are now ready to run productions with superior quality than conventional tubes," said Alfred Choi, general manager of Viva Healthcare.

"The gravure printed labels Kenmore Bisque 15 inchi , can be combined with an EVOH [ethylene vinyl alcohol] or an aluminum foil barrier to offer great shelf impact and excellent product protection properties, all at a very competitive cost," added Charles Chang, president of Topline Products LLC.

By the end of 2011, Viva Healthcare will be equipped with a dozen machines in their production plants in China and Canada producing a total of 3.6 million tubes per helicop ter technology month at each plant.

In addition to their exceptional visual impact, the new IML tubes are eco-friendly and have a recycling code of 5. IML produces a lighter weight tube compared to traditional tubes (as it uses less resin), fewer CO2 emissions (as the tubes are made from polypropylene material), saves energy in the conversion process, and creates less waste.

Headquartered in Wayne, New Jersey, Topline specializes in the manufacture of cosmetics packaging and filling and has a turnover of more than $100 million (71 million Euros). Headquartered in Hong Kong with major operations in Toronto, Viva Healthcare specializes in the manufacture of injection-molded tubes with in-mold labeling and has a turnover of $300 million (213 million Euros).

ASCO Introduces Stainless Steel Pilot Valves for Offshore Applications

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug 09, 2011 - ASCO Numatics, the world's leading manufacturer of comprehensive fluid automation, flow control, and pneumatics solutions, has introduced the 8361 Series of stainless steel pilot valves. The series' unique design eliminates the dormancy or "sticking" problems that can occur in control valves installed in the pneumatic logic panels that control monitoring safety systems in offshore oil and gas production facilities. In addition, the valve line was launched with online tools that permit rapid product configura rc helicopter market place tion and ordering.

"Corrosion-resistance and reliability are essential for safe operation in harsh offshore environments," said Robert W. Kemple, Jr., executive vice president, sales and marketing - Americas, ASCO Numatics. "The 8361 Series' innovative, highly reliable, and proven T-seal technology resists the dormancy issues that plague current valves using O-ring seals. O-ring designs can stick upon actuation in low-cycle demand control valve applications. Our research shows that many users routinely hammer the sides of these valves to ensure they function properly," said Kemple.

The 8361 Series (¼-inch NPT, 3-way, 316L stainless steel) valves are offered in manually operated, air-piloted, and solenoid-piloted versions. They can be configured as breathing and nonbreathing. The non-breathing version isolates internal components from the atmosphere and is internally vented, preventing contaminants such as salt and dust to enter the valve and corrode internal components.

The valve's balanced design maintains the same flow characteristics when the valve is used in a normally open or normally closed configuration. This provides symmetrical flow that enables more flexible setup of the control panel's pneumatic logic. The 1.4 Cv provides almost double the flow of comparable spool technology. In addition, the valve's innovative pilot-selector design allows the same unit to be used as an internally or externally piloted solenoid valve, simplifying ordering and reducing inventory.

The 8361 Series' solenoid version comes with ASCO's renowned RedHat solenoid — recognized as the most reliable in the industry. Its 0.55-watt power consumption is three times less than competitive valves.

"Every aspect of this valve has been designed for the highest reliability, minimal maintenance, and lowest cost of ownership," said Kemple. Kenmore Bisque 15 inchi "For example, the valve's body is made entirely of 316L stainless steel, and the Elgiloy® and stainless steel spring is designed for corrosion resistance and severe service beyond 1 million cycles."

Online Tools Enables Rapid Configuration and Ordering An 8361 Series online toolset is available that allows customers to quickly build a valve that meets a set of specific requirements. It then displays the list price, availability, 3D CAD drawings, and specifications for the configured product. The configurator generates an order code for the valve that permits an immediate online purchase, plus greatly simplifies the reordering process.

The 8361 Series valves can be purchased from ASCO distributors or directly from the company. Most of the valve's configurations are available through the ASCO Today or 5-day shipping programs.

T-Steel Top of the table in its Product Class

PRLog (Press Release) - Aug 05, 2011 - North Adelaide, SA - T-Steel types range from structural steel (T1) through to premium grade, high category, specialised steels (T9).

Astra Mining CEO Dr Jaydeep Biswas says the T-Steel range consists of premium category steels within specific steel families that have a demonstrated price-to-performance advantage over other steel products.

"One of the most important factors in the implementation of the T-Steel technology is that factories which cannot afford multi-billion dollar investments in new equipment are able to manufacture higher quality steels using existing factory infrastructure with relatively minor capital investment," Dr Biswas says.

"These average factories are therefore able to enter markets where they can sell a premium category steel, for example T5, and increase manual trash compactor their sales and hence profits."

Astra Steelworks Ltd, which is part of the Astra Mining group, is planning to start the production of h rc helicopter market place igh-quality steels based on highly specialized processes and special alloying technologies invented over a 30-year period in Hungary.

The end product, T-Steel, has numerous advantages over the production of regular steel types including substantial yield savings, a reduction in alloys used, significant savings in energy used and advanced properties when compared to most HSLA steels.

Astra's managing director, Silvana De Cianni, says the viability of the T-Steel technology is underpinned by the numerous industrial applications of the steels produced.

"These applications include low carbon content stainless steels, non-alloyed construction steels, case hardened alloyed steels and ball bearing steels," Ms De Cianni says.

"As an example there are a number of top German steel mills which produce rails for various rail systems and sell these at a premium price.

"Comparable quality rails can be produced by the T-Steel process with a lower trash bins grade steel through a less prestigious factory, say in Hungary, and sold at a similar premium."

Astra Mining's global portfolio includes gold and tin interests in Southeast Asia and southern India, coal mines in Australia and Africa, iron ore in India and Africa, and the production of the garbage compactor review high-strength T-Steel technology in Hungary.

Astra has also confirmed its plans to list on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange before the 31st of August or soon thereafter.
